What we believe
Every meal deserves a worthy vessel.
Paatra was born from a simple observation: food is sacred in India. And yet the vessel it arrives in is often an afterthought. We looked at the kirana shop on the corner, the samosa wala who serves hundreds a day, the caterer who feeds thousands at weddings — and we saw a gap between the care that goes into the food and the forgettable plates it is served on.
