Questions

The things people ask.

If your question is not here, it is a good question. Write to us and we will answer it properly.

What is Paatra?

Paatra is a serveware brand from Eshanura Enterprises Private Limited. The range covers plates, bowls and thalis in bagasse and pressed leaf, birchwood cutlery, ripple paper drinkware, and takeaway containers, lids and serving trays.

Who makes Paatra?

Paatra is a brand of Eshanura Enterprises Private Limited, which is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. Every pack carries the company name, the batch number, the packed-on date and the mark of origin.

How do the prices work?

Prices shown are per pack, inclusive of taxes. Trade pricing, territory, credit and minimum quantities for stockists and distributors are agreed in writing — send us an enquiry and we will come back with the terms that apply to you.

What does “Made for Every Table” mean?

It is the standard we hold the range to. The same quality of plate should reach a wedding guest and a customer at a tea stall, and the same cutlery should be good enough to keep using.

How do I become a stockist?

Send us your city and the kind of business you run through the enquiry form. We will send the trade pack, walk you through the range, and agree pricing, territory and minimum quantities in writing.

Do you sell directly to households?

Paatra is built around trade distribution. The most reliable way to get Paatra is from a stockist near you, and we are always adding new ones.

How should Paatra be disposed of?

Dispose of it responsibly. Paper and pressed leaf are compostable where paper composting is accepted. Birchwood is ordinary timber and can be reused or composted. Nothing in the range needs to be separated into a plastic recycling stream.

What is the shelf life?

The best-before date is printed on every pack, along with the packed-on date and the batch number.

Can I get Paatra printed with my own brand?

Printed and branded packs are available for trade quantities. Talk to us about artwork, minimums and timelines before you commit.

We reply within one working day, to a person, not a ticket number.
